ServiceNow Admin

We are looking for ServiceNow admin; certification is a plus

• Works with cross-functional technology SMEs on issue resolution and process compliance
• Manages and resolves incidents, problems, and requests against ServiceNow applications/services including engagement with ServiceNow HI support where necessary
• Performs routine maintenance including performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation
• Reviews, tests, and migrates configuration for production release
• Schedules and verifies instance clones
• Assists program manager in driving ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
• Manages instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
• Manages instance patching
• Works with ServiceNow leadership team to manage on call rotation
• Assists in training of core platform navigation and features (e.g. reports, filtering, favorites, etc.)
• Contributes to ServiceNow knowledge base
• Supports platform integrations
• Adheres to all team standards and best practices
