We are looking for ServiceNow admin; certification is a plus
- Works with cross-functional technology SMEs on issue resolution and process compliance
- Manages and resolves incidents, problems, and requests against ServiceNow applications/services including engagement with ServiceNow HI support where necessary
- Performs routine maintenance including performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation
- Reviews, tests, and migrates configuration for production release
- Schedules and verifies instance clones
- Assists program manager in driving ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
- Manages instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
- Manages instance patching
- Works with ServiceNow leadership team to manage on call rotation
- Assists in training of core platform navigation and features (e.g. reports, filtering, favorites, etc.)
- Contributes to ServiceNow knowledge base
- Supports platform integrations
- Adheres to all team standards and best practices
