Who we are looking for:A passionate and highly motivated Administrative and Operational Support SpecialistThe primary responsibility of this role is to set up the new reports and handling the administrative tasks.Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, the person in this role will support the Administration department's objective to provide accurate and timely handling of requests for the company.

What you will be doing:
  • Setting up new reports.
  • Setup new administrative task.
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems.
  • Prepare purchase orders, review requisitions, supply requests and MRP purchase reports.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, quotes, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.

What you bring:
  • Have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Keyboarding and navigation skills between various programs and systems.
  • Excellent working experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience in the Financial and operations Department with Knowledge in Quotation, Purchase Order Invoicing handling
  • Must-have Skill: Microsoft Excel
