Job Title:HR Operations AssociateLocation: Lehi, UT1 Year Contract Role with possible extensionsWhat You Will Be Doing

  • Help us ensure a stellar onboarding experience by:
    • Tracking background checks and coordinating New Hire Orientation tasks and pre-work
    • Reviewing weekly onboarding reports and communicating with pre-hires to ensure an on time start triage to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain employee confidence by protecting personal information and keeping human resource information confidential as you perform your daily work and interact with employees.
  • HR Ops Associates primarily assist with onboarding, but may perform other duties as assigned.A customer-first and flexible attitudeis important to the success of Pure's HR Operations Team.
What You Bring To The Team
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience (Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or similar preferred)
  • Well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude.
