Position: Computer Systems Analyst

Duties: Analyze, evaluate, modify and support computer systems and applications operating in retail, shipping and logistics domains; analyze user requirements to improve and support customer systems and applications contributing to vision, feature creation/refinement and converting functional and business requirements to technical specifications; manage product backlog, evaluate progress, address escalations, and update and maintain application/system documentation and runbooks; provide high-level estimates and different project-level architectural approaches; create test plans and validation procedures; and coordinate with project engineers and management to ensure delivery of the on-time unit tested code written in accordance with specified design and coding standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience: Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Applied Computer Science or Computer Information Systems. Alternatively, Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Applied Computer Science or Computer Information Systems plus 5 years of experience as Computer Systems Analyst, Computer Programmer, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Process Engineer, or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
