Desktop Technicisn

Client located in Tyler, Texas is seeking a Field System Operations Technician for a contract to hire position. This position will participate on a seven person team and be responsible for providing tier 2 remote desktop support. This will include troubleshooting software / hardware / peripheral issues, imaging PCs, installing drivers / software and building / shipping new systems. Client has recently implemented ServiceNow, so any experience configuring or automating ServiceNow modules would be a huge benefit. Required:-Strong desktop support experience.-Microsoft environment (Windows, Office, Exchange / Outlook).-Strong communication both oral and written.-Ability to explain technical resolutions to non-technical staff. Desired:-ServiceNow configuration / automation using JavaScript.-Apple Mac experience.-iPhone / Android experience.
