UX/UI Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is looking for a UX/UI Designer for long term opportunities. The UX/UI Designer will be working at a multi-national corporation in the Energy sector. You will join an established UX/UI team of designers.Responsibilities: UX/UI Designer will collaborate with multi-functional and international teams around improvements of the e-commerce user experience, taking into account technical issues and real user needs; The profile will be a proactively suggesting different design variation, either in Wireframing or Pixel perfect mockups Oversee recommendations implementation and provide feedback on the proper implementation of these recommendations (assist to Agile meeting, reviews, share feedbacks on Front-development implementation and review the final live implementation of the feature) Produce all needed deliverables for the correct implementation of the recommendations (wireframes, UI mockups, suggested editorial content, etc.) UX/UI Designers suggest a UX vision, and know how to prioritize it in short-, medium- and long-term improvements by being pro-active and knowing how to use wisely all the tools allowing the project teams to share a common vision (Live-Sketching during workshops, Creation of interactive micro-prototypes, Sketching, etc.) Have a user-centered approach, taking into account the analytics data available from the platform, or suggesting, and conducting, user tests when this is relevant; Carry out competitive research, audits, and other benchmarks to understand best market practicesREQUIREMENTS: 5 years of minimum experience in UX and UI Design; Strongly appreciate B2B and E-Commerce experiences Experience in Responsive and Mobile user-experiences Experience in Building and Conducting Usability tests Ease in building quick prototypes Good knowledge/or experiences in Front-End development Mastering Sketch tool Knowledge in Axure/Principle/Adobe tools/Jira/Microsoft Office Good communication skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
