Job Title: Evaluation ConsultantDuration: 07/01/2021 to 12/31/2021Location: Pasadena CA 91101Description:Title: Quality Management Consultant Top Daily Responsibilities: -support the delivery and build out of Quality Management services for specific IT projects, overseeing the design of the associated strategy and technical infrastructure to support enterprise wide quality management and testing. - lead and direct implementation of quality and testing strategies for large program efforts - customize the methodology for the analysis and definition of efficient, cost effective solutions that support client and stakeholder business processes, functional requirements, and resource costs Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have: 1)Strategic / critical thinking skills related to quality management 2)Project management / leadership experience 3)Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to address various audiences ranging from front line technical resources, to executives and business partnersAdditional Skills Preferred: Health care technologyAdditional Job Details:The Program Evaluation Consultant will contribute to the development of a school-level program of evaluation and improvement by supporting the Senior Director for Assessment and Evaluation with administrative functions and with the creation of deliverables including but not limited to:•Program outcome maps for various offices and teams to support the formation of the enterprise-wide analytics platform•Evaluation and CQI designs and implementation plans•Evaluation and CQI tools (e.g., surveys, interview/focus group questions, RACI charts, etc.)•Operating procedures related to evaluation and CQI projects•Focus group interviews, analyses, and summariesTop 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:1. Conducting literature searches for measurement tools and data collection instruments2. Developing measurement tools and data collection instruments3. Drafting and updating program evaluation plans and timelines1. Years of experience with skillset? - 5-10 years of experience2. The minimum education required? Currently, a Master's is listed Is there a specific degree type you would prefer? - PhD preferred3.
