We're looking for a talented and experienced Java Developer to serve on an Agile Scrum team for our client in Merrimack. You will leverage expertise in voice, email, and web chat communication channels to support and continuously improve the contact center platform.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Requirements of the Java Developer:
  • Degree in Computer Science preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering/development
  • Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, testing, and automation
  • Excellent Java development skills, including TDD and scripting languages: Perl, Unix shell, etc.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and best practices, including OAuth
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and utilizing uDeploy and/or Ansible
  • Experience supporting a 24/7 environment
  • Familiarity with data communication protocols
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
