- They manage technology needs of client’s Human Resources aligned with associates’ lifecycle. Our focus is to transform and consolidate platforms will provide associates, managers, and BU functions a consistent experience while enhancing existing capabilities.
- An example of the work they do is anytime you have a system issue with our HR applications you put a ticket in through ServiceNow. This is the platform this Developer will be supporting.
- The main experience they are seeking is work within ServiceNow Flow Design and JavaScript.
- Provide ServiceNow expertise to assist the team in developing a product using the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module. This includes knowledge transfer to the full-time associates who will be supporting the app going forward.
- As a member of the scrum team you will demonstrate your skills and knowledge to add to the team’s success
- Provide technical mentorship to other engineers on the delivery team
- Develop an understanding of the business domain in order to participate in discussions, planning, and provide feedback to drive the team and product forward
- Collaboration, communication and engagement skills and will be encouraged to articulate and document business and system requirements

- Aptitude and desire to ramp up quickly on new technologies and skills
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree and 5 plus years of professional experience
- Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Lifecycle Events & scopes
- Proficiency in JavaScript and scripting in ServiceNow
- Solid understanding on Flow Designer
- Experience building custom applications, integration & portal widgets
- Experience with Team Development
- Experience with Onboarding Mobile App a plus
- ServiceNow Development, especially inbound/outbound REST integrations
- Linux/Windows
- Proven hands-on experience and a real passion for working within an agile (scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) development environment
- Experience working within a distributed environment
- Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module
- Linux Shell Scripting
- Java
- Kubernetes
- Experience automating ServiceNow code migrations
