Retail Trade Systems Analyst/Level One Applications Support

They have a Retail Trade application business analyst who will be leaving this summer and will need a replacement. This is a Hybrid position. It’s really more a Systems Analyst as a Business Analyst role.The person also needs to have working knowledge of SQL and .NetThese skills will be needed to troubleshoot existing applications and integrations as level 1 support and then to escalate To level 2 developers. The person also needs to interact with the business on new requirements and issues they encounter in the applicationsThis person will be providing level one applications support and also function as a systems and business analyst The person also needs to have working knowledge of SQL and .Net. However these skills will be needed to troubleshoot existing applications and integrations as level 1 support and then to escalate to the developers. They need to understand SQL server management studio, MS Visual Studio, but they do NOT need to be a developer they just need to be able to look at code, debug and look at connection strings The person also needs to interact with the business on new requirements which includes writing requirements and documenting issues they encounter in the applications.
