TECHEAD is looking to hire a Desktop Support Analyst for a very cool, nationwide company that is based out of Richmond, Virginia. Responsible for the routine maintenance and support of the standard hardware/software technology in use at the company. This could range from configuring and moving a workstation to input data into local operational processes, like PC inventory, to escalating a technical issue to a more senior tech within the team.We are looking for something with:- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2-3 years relevant work experience and one technical certification
- 2-3 years experience in a desktop/help desk support role supporting Windows 10 and MS Office
- Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and report writing skills
At this time, we are only considering candidates local to the Richmond area.
