. TECHEAD is looking to hire a Desktop Support Analyst for a very cool, nationwide company that is based out of Richmond, Virginia. Responsible for the routine maintenance and support of the standard hardware/software technology in use at the company. This could range from configuring and moving a workstation to input data into local operational processes, like PC inventory, to escalating a technical issue to a more senior tech within the team.We are looking for something with:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2-3 years relevant work experience and one technical certification
  • 2-3 years experience in a desktop/help desk support role supporting Windows 10 and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and report writing skills
At this time, we are only considering candidates local to the Richmond area. This position does need to be willing to work on-site and be willing to work on a rotating schedule to cover after-hour/weekend needs.
