Could you be a good fit? We’re looking for the best, highly skilled Technical Support individual to join the team of our exceptional client located in Salem, NH for a full-time opportunity.

What will your day look like?
  • You will install, configure, and maintain Windows laptops
  • You will provide quality customer service when communication and troubleshooting issues
  • You will monitor notifications and alerts from antivirus systems
  • You will perform user account administration on various systems
  • You will document details regarding issue resolutions and update the knowledgebase
  • You will trouble shoot computer and printer hardware/software
  • You will be part of an on-call rotation for one week (about every 5 weeks)

You'll be a good fit if you:
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have 1+ years experience with end-user support (preferred)
  • Are organized and able to handle confidential information
  • Are able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Are able to think critically and problem solve
  • Have experience with Help Desk ticketing systems
  • Have basic industry certifications (preferred)

Technology Requirements:
  • Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/XP, Active Directory
  • Laptop break fix (Dell/Sony/HP)
  • Remote tools (ConnectWise, LogMeIn, Team Viewer)
  • TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS configuration
  • LAN and WAN concepts

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related subject (preferred)
  • Relevant work experience may also offset some education requirements
