IT Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Project Coordinator in Pasadena, CA.Summary:The IT Project Coordinator will be part of a National Project Portfolio Management group to help deliver local, regional, and national projects for this leading healthcare system. Projects will range from equipment installations, to full SDLC application rollouts and these candidates will be seeing these projects from conception through completion. The IT Project Coordinator will be utilizing the entire MS Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and MS Project to track project progression, budgets, and milestones. They will be responsible for coordinating meetings, ordering equipment, heavy documentation-related tasks, project forecasts and budgets and supporting their respective Project Manager(s). As a the IT Project Coordinator will have the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels including project team and leadership.REQUIREMENTS: Experience as a Project Coordinator Proficiency with entire MS Suite (Must be fluent in Microsoft Excel) Previous experience working on IT related projects (Infrastructure or SDLC) Experience seeing projects from conception through completion Strong critical thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication Self -starterPluses: Previously worked in Healthcare Industry MS Project experience Agile/Waterfall methodology knowledge Exposure to SharePointKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
