Operations Supply Chain Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Supply Chain Manager to oversee daily operations and manage Supply Chain. The individual will be responsible aligning operations strategies, maintaining inventory levels and executing new product launches. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational functions and manage overall supply chain to maximize efficiency
• Manage product flows ensuring timely production, delivery, quality and efficiency
• Build strong relationships with suppliers driving effective supplier management
• Improve processes to streamline operations and drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Evaluate performance against KPI by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data
• Work well cross-functionally and as a team player
• This position will interface with all members of the organization, the ideal candidate will be process focused, detail oriented, have the ability to think strategically with a bias for action and execution

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations
• Understand manufacturing environments, production processes and quality requirements
• Proven track record of managing suppliers and vendors relationships
• Results driven communication skills with ability to build effective relationships and negotiate optimal results
• Rigorous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Strong business judgment with ability to deliver sustainable results
