• 3+ years’ experience developing end-user training materials for new system functionality
• Technical writing
• Command of MS Word
• Command of MS PowerPoint
• Understanding of system functional specifications
• Team leadership

• Experience with health services systems (e.g. health benefit exchange) and/or
• Experience with human services systems (e.g. integrated eligibility, eligibility and enrollment systems)
