We are searching for multiple Java Developers to support a large upgrade for a medical management tool! Position: Sr. Java Developer Location: Remote Duration: Contract to hire fill time If you are interested in hearing more, please send your resume to amcilvain@apexsystems.com. Candidates MUST have an active secret clearance.Overview: Apex Systems has immediate needs for multiple Java Developers to assist with upgrading a Health Care Management System (CareRadius). The position is on a long term contract basis with hourly compensation depending on experience. The successful candidate must have experience upgrading similar systems, and strong JavaScript, Java, and Spring knowledge.Responsibilities:

  • Write and configure code for new and upgraded solutions in accordance with technical specifications
  • Review Development work
  • Develop and Unit test the code changes
  • Estimate the tickets/work packets and work with client manager to plan the delivery schedule
  • Work on high priority issues/User queries
  • Technical support for Application in production
  • Coordinating with team to analyze defects and quick resolution
Requirements:
  • BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5-10 years years of Java Development development experience
  • Javascript
  • JBOSS or Apache
  • Understanding of rules engines
  • Strong communication and ability to communicate goals in solution or project goal terms
  • Candidates are required to have an active Secret Clearance
