What does a great Infrastructure Engineer do?You are able to maintain and monitor a complex infrastructure environment because of your expertise and in depth knowledge of the Microsoft Server operating system. You will see this as an opportunity for growth, with significant opportunity to learn software automation and infrastructure design. If you have the desire to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment where two days are never the same, we want to hear from you.As a Infrastructure Engineer, you can expect to:
- Integrate solutions with other applications and platforms based on engineering requirements
- Develop new alerts and monitoring techniques based on engineering requirements
- Monitor system-operating capacity in terms of disk space, storage, and CPU utilization
- Provide Level 2 production support
- Participate in the implementation of disaster recovery for infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor production, outputs, and services to ensure that SLAs, and other quality metrics, are being met.
- Write, review, and/or maintain documentation for product environments
