RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Rancho Cordova, CA that is seeking a Helpdesk L1. The Helpdesk L1 will be assisting internal customers with a wide variety of issues via remote support. 30-50 calls will be taken daily, and triaged towards resolution remotely while providing the highest level of customer centric approach to service.
