Title: Sr. Talent AdvisorLocation: REMOTE, but within California Type: 3 months contract (likely extensions and long term role) This role will support the HCQA business unit. This unit supports all clinical, cost of health care and quality hiring for the company. Clinical recruitment experience is required. The Talent Acquisition Advisor, Senior will act as the key relationship manager with a particular business unit. S/he will possess a high level of business intelligence, market understanding, negotiation skills regarding compensation administration for the below director segment. Lead and/or execute strategy changes to business and advertising. Executes Hiring Plan. Facilitate hiring plan and strategy meetings with HRBP/business leaders. Provide coaching and guidance to candidates, employees, and stakeholders. Primary goal is to manage relationship and oversee total process for business unit.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification, assessment and nurturing of external and internal talent using creative, proactive, cutting edge recruitment methods.
  • Develop relationships and elicit clear requirements for positions within a set of dedicated business units/Talent Acquisition functional areas.
  • Fully understand job requirements/needs for open positions; fully understands the Talent Acquisition Department/group/unit operations in which the position is being filled and counsels hiring managers and others on hiring procedures.
  • Provides any needed coaching on interviewing techniques.
  • Develops a recruiting strategy, including appropriate media and advertising, for each assigned open position.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors degree and/or five years combination of education and experience.
  • Talent Acquisition experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment is required.
  • Previous talent acquisition experience in health care services is preferred.
  • Must possess extensive experience in managing expectations and relationships with internal business clients.
  • Demonstrates ability to executive hiring plans and adapt to strategic changes
