Being part of the team responsible for designing products that help our guests gain the most enjoyment from their experiences, this particular role has a heavy focus on the creation of motion design elements. The position will help to maintain and expand an overarching motion design system that elevates the Guest experience to match our world-class brand value. Using a high degree of visual and motion design knowledge, this position will be responsible for collaborating across all lines of business (LOBs) and any other opportunities related to the visual look and feel of our products, specifically:• Design original and useful illustrations and a variety of graphic assets as well as elegant animation of those assets• Apply exceptional attention to detail, craft, and rigorous creative thinking to help bring to life products at the crossroads of the physical and digital worlds• Help interpret, infuse and leverage our unique brands and properties to continue storytelling and deliver on high Guest expectations• Expected to work independently but also have a high level of collaboration and open to feedback and input to advance a concept, as well as communicate proactively with other animators and the Principal Designer and our technology partners to support implementation• Play an active role in the entire process from ideation and brainstorming, to production and deliveryExperience:• Must be able to draw (including hand sketching and storyboarding for quick presentation of ideas) and capable of creating digital illustrations in a variety of styles, both existing and new• Must be able to produce high-level, clear, and appealing animation and motion design in a variety of techniques and styles, primarily working in Adobe After Effects• Proficient knowledge of animation principles and fundamentals• Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop• Knowledge of video asset production best practices• Knowledge/experience using Lottie as well as 3D experience a plus• Able to present and communicate ideas and work across multiple teams• Detail oriented – able to focus on finer details and subtle moments of delight but also able to see the bigger picture and work toward broader project goals• Organized, able to manage workload with tight deadlines and pivot with changing requirements, as well as switch between multiple projects at a timePreferred QualificationsRequired Education• 2-year college degree or equivalentPreferred Education• 4-year college degree preferredAdditional Information• A portfolio of your most impactful work – portfolio presentation is expected
