Position Description Position will be worked both onsite and remotely, please ensure your candidate is able to accommodate both as needed by the agency. Role and ResponsibilitiesThis Project Management position will work for the Information Technology Group and will be responsible for managing IT related aspects of tenant improvement and construction projects. Responsibilities will include meeting with state contract vendors, coordinating and scheduling the installation of audio visual systems, cabling projects, and coordinating the relocation of business computer equipment. The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, be detail oriented, and flexible. Required to travel within the Phoenix metro area to job sites. This person will participate in Project Management meetings and be required to provide project updates and practice established procedures. The Project Manager is also expected to advise management of problems or potential problems related to projects in a timely and proactive basis. Qualifications3 years experience in project coordination or project management.Strong working knowledge of physical IT infrastructures.Experience with maintaining project schedules on budget.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations.Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.Strong customer focus.
