Job Title: Desktop Support Technician - Builds & Deployment Overview:IT Specialist needed to support day to day hardware deployment in Ann Arbor. Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Installing operating systems and software packages onto computers.
  • Performing post imaging tasks such as renaming and joining the system to a domain.
  • Troubleshooting application installation and configuration issues.
Requirements:
  • Must have 1-2 years Dell Hardware support experience
  • Must have 1-2 years of Windows 10 experience installing OS and software packages onto PCs
  • Must have 1-2 years Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work on a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be professional and have strong client-facing skills
  • Need to have positive attitude and be a team player
  • Need to be able to articulate their skills/experience
