Product Manager/Functional Analyst for a long term contract. Consultants must work on our W2 In this role you will lead design, development, and delivery of core customer experience products for a public utility company. Act as agile coach to support client undergoing digital transformation from waterfall to agile delivery models. Help translate business objectives and requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Manage a cross-disciplinary team of scrum master, functional analysts, UX design, UI design, content, full stack development QA, and DevOps resources. Create, own, and maintain product roadmaps, product strategy, including vision, objectives, and key results. Drive planning activities around Scrum and SAFe agile ceremonies. Establish baseline KPI's for web channels and ongoing customer usability testing to measure incremental improvements. Establish project cadence for agile delivery of new feature development and O & M support. Partner with client Product Owners to deliver user and business outcomes.
