- Working with Hardware, unboxing monitors and equipment.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desk side assistance support to 1,500+ end users in the region and occasional other regions.
- Hardware Support responsible for allocating hardware, reclaiming and deploying the required equipment.
- Inventory management responsible for Imaging and tracking desktops and laptops for end users
- Organize shipments of hardware and coordinate with the team and other regions on equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment onsite and with end users remotely.
- Troubleshooting experience with remote users and their devices, equipment, and laptops.
- Install, configure, and test end-user machines and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
- Assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to PC's, including the installation of CPUs, I/O and NIC cards, hard drives, RAM, memory chips, CD-ROMs, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting Outlook, Active Directory.
- Software distribution using SCCM, and AppV.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding desktop incidents and requests.
- Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, filters, etc.) is preferred.
- Maintain an accurate hardware inventory.
- Accurately document instances of equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal.
- Meet or Exceed expected customer service levels.
