OverviewThe individual will need to be very detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects and initiatives and be familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies. They will have the responsibility of helping various teams plan and execute projects to achieve business goals, create project charters, track team progress against the plan, communicate with stakeholders and remove any barriers that might impede success, while maintaining an upbeat and can-do attitude. As a leader it is imperative that they promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration and success.Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects.
  • Drive cross-functional teams.
  • Lead agile teams to achieve goals and high level of performance.
  • Management of all agile project team activities/ceremonies and promote Agile mindset.
  • Facilitate meetings including preparing agendas, scheduling, materials needed, meeting minutes, follow-up or action items and distributing said documentation.
  • Manage resources and capacity planning.
  • Monitor project workflow and make timeline adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee development and project metrics.
  • Coordinate with Product Management for stakeholder’s project or initiative approval, priorities and roadmap, forecasting and preparing future agile sprints, backlog grooming and change management.
  • Proactively work with associated teams to manage dependencies, integrations and testing activities
  • Make vital decisions and/or escalate issues and drive/follow-up on decision making process across projects.
  • Reporting to management on project status.
  • Plan, schedule and execute releases and manage risks and dependencies with other projects.
  • Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs and release schedule.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management, Scrum theory, rules and practices
  • Experience in estimation and planning and implementing Agile/Scrum.
  • Strong facilitation skills of Agile Ceremonies.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail oriented, proactive and can be self-directed.
  • Ability to identify, manage, track and drive action items.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous information and situations.
  • Risk management and obstacle remediation.
  • Experience using Agile tools such Azure DevOps, MS Teams, Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience running multiple scrum teams simultaneously.

Skills Needed:
  • PMP or Project Management Certification or 3-5 years’ experience working with multiple projects across multiple teams in an Agile environment.
  • Mortgage experience.
  • Scrum Master Certification a plus.
