Description: Description\: Responsible for maintaining BIFI training content, for documentation based upon department and regulatory requirements, for developing and reporting related metrics and ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) training. Learning Management System Administrator. Participates in cross-functional team of LMS training coordinators and administrators. - Assist in the formulation, development, and implementation of consistent training plans for new hire training, on-the-job training and compliance in conjunction with departments/functions.
- Ensure requirements and documentation meet business and regulatory requirements
- Define measures of effectiveness for appropriate trainings
- Integrate training plans with Learning Management System (LMS)
- System Administrator for the Fremont (LMS) responsible for coordinating access to the Learning Management System (LMS) for employees and external resources. Also develops the best practices within LMS, supporting LMS/IDEA for CON interface. Participate in LMS "super users" team. Develop strong partnerships with other BI sites to improve BIFI system management and usage.
- Coordinate the use of the LMS on site by training and mentoring Training Coordinators and LMS Administrators and employees, developing necessary job aids, standards, and policies, coordinating activities and practices with other BI sites, and identifying best practices related to the LMS system. Ensure the proper documentation of training in Learning Management System (LMS).
- Partner with HR team to oversee New Hire training to ensure key stakeholders are involved in onboarding new hires into Fremont. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling and coordinate key departments.
- Assist in developing and maintaining training metrics to drive performance improvements. Assist in collecting and providing training key performance indicators (KPI's). Assist in metrics data analysis to support continuous improvement.
- Content\: input into the learning management system (LMS). Also responsible for technical actions required to make e-learning content available to staff via the LMS.
- Work with vendors and other third party resources as required to coordinate technical or professional training offerings.
- Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Biopharmaceuticals or Engineering required.
- At least five (5) to eight (8) years' experience in training needs assessment, training course and curriculum development, instructional delivery, and program evaluation methodologies, or a BS or BA degree and two (2) years' experience in business area (for example, engineering support or laboratory support) for responsible training function.
- Knowledge of where to go within the organization for needed information and ability to judge what information should be passed on to different levels of management or organizational units.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving with an emphasis on process development and optimization, not just system maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions in a timely fashion under rapidly changing conditions.

- Climb stairs and ladders occasionally
- Crouching/squatting, bending/stooping, twisting, above the shoulder or low level work, fine finger dexterity/ including grasping or pinching required occasionally
- Writing constantly
- Occasional periods of use of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Visual / Hearing Demands\: Color vision and depth perception required. May require extended hours at a computer screen. Must be able to read electronic documents of all types. Hearing acuity required.
