Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Business AnaIyst in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Boise, ID. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include: Convert business requirements into functional solution requirements that are utilized by software development resources Document and perform end to end test cases that are supported by underlying user stories Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements for the assets they represent Analyzes test defects and corrective actions for such defects and track to resolution and end user validation Works with solution architects, process engineers, UX/UI designer partners and developers to research components of solutions to problems May produce visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design Works closely with Deployment Managers to align to release notes, training content and user guides Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing Manages corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues Provides innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups Determines and pursues courses of action essential in accomplishing objectives Integrates advanced technology, theories or techniques that have a significant continued impact across disciplines and business units Serves as organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs Champions large projects that effect the company's long-range goals and objectivesREQUIREMENTS: Graduate level degree in Engineering, Science or Computer Science disciple or MBA; Advanced University degree preferred PMP Certified 15 years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses Typically, 5+ years of experience in directly related business Advanced knowledge of IT and services industry Extensive understanding of critical project management techniquesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
