• You will formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Analyze business and end-user needs working with the business community to ensure that project requirements are identified, and deliverables are met.
• Complete process and gap analysis.
• Modify information system documentation for developers to translate into program language.
• Desired - bachelor s degree in business or Computer Science, Strong communication skills, and 2-4 years technical experience.

• Designs and delivers system solutions to support both new initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the global retail space while ensuring they support overall company goals and IT strategies.
• Drives the delivery of Store Systems retail projects, enhancements, and new systems by working with cross-functional product teams, business units, and other IT teams to define requirements, develop technical solutions, build test scripts/scenarios, training and develop any necessary technical supporting documentation.
• Analyzes requirements and creates various forms of documentation to support software development at various levels, front-end and backend.
• Creates archival documentation to support knowledge transfer once each initiative has completed.

• Provides ongoing support of the retail systems including operations, use, optimization, and modifications.
• Understands and documents global, regional, and local business processes for a specific business area (e.g. Planning/Merchandising, Store Operations, etc.).
• Acts as the Store Systems Retail Technology expert in partnership with other IT teams and internal departments to deliver technology solutions that meet the system and process needs of the region and Global organization.

• Experienced at creating clear and meaningful software documentation using Confluence and breaking down requested features into manageable stories/tasks in Jira.
• Familiar with software development process.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and IBM Sterling Order Management System (or other eCommerce platforms) is required.
• Must have experience working with Retail and Financial Planning tools and processes.
• Must be a self-starter, a quick learner and a good problem solver with the ability to self-manage and complete tasks with limited direction. Attention to detail a must.
• Must have a flexible attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
