Your primary role is to oversee a 4-6 person staff and ensure that customers are receiving the appropriate assistance. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of payroll related issues, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of support processes. This position reports into Service Delivery Manager located in Louisville, KY.
Responsibilities:- Provide efficient, courteous customer service focused on an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage day-to-day staffing and maintain Shift awareness as to calls on hold and people available to take calls.
- Handle call escalations.
- Track and analyze trends in requests.
- Perform shift transaction procedures including ensuring team mailboxes are handled.
- Liaison with Payroll Processing, Benefits, Compensation and IT regarding changes that could directly impact call volume.
- 2-4 years of experience providing payroll help desk and/or support services.
- Knowledge of industry standards, best practices and audit requirements.
- Background in service support, customer service or sales training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarization with Oracle Cloud
- Familiarization with Service-Now
- Familiarization with Cisco Finesse
