The IT Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the Oracle Cloud HCM (SaaS) Application suite, including application configuration, release management, cyclical business processes, and ongoing support and projects. The ideal candidate must have technical background in HR application platforms, display strong analytical and communication skills, and work well with diverse cross functional teams. A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment. JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Support Cloud HCM Application suite, including- Core HR, and Payroll.
  • Configure application functionality for above modules, including plan changes, fast formula updates, and template modifications
  • Support release management cycle for monthly patch updates and biannual release upgrades from Oracle - review release notes, guide functional teams through upcoming changes and testing
  • Participate in requirements gathering for both application changes and integration development
  • Strong analytical skills; problem solving and follow through with sense of accountability
  • Build knowledge of Oracle Cloud application roadmap to maintain strategic oversight in support of the business
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Work with other IT teams and functional partners in support of HR Applications portfolio.
  • Provide techno-functional documentation as needed for new and existing applications.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED: State formal educational level and experience required for the job . State additional professional, technical or years of experience required. EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree / Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
  • 2+ years of IT experience
  • 2+ years of technical experience with HR/ERP applications, preferably PeopleSoft or Oracle Cloud platforms
  • Experience with cloud based solutions (SaaS, PaaS)
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Application development experience with large global company desired
  • Prior experience working with vendors and 3rd party resources to manage deliverables
