Position Summary:Boveda Inc., is seeking an

Applications Support Analyst for our growing Information Systems team. The Applications Support Analyst is responsible for installation, maintenance, and user support of our key operations technology systems. They will be responsible for ensuring systems are operating efficiently, analyzing functionality, and suggesting improvements. Job Responsibilities:
  • Gain a solid understanding of key Boveda applications and integrations
  • Provide comprehensive applications support to internal customers
  • Work with team members to identify ideas to improved system performance
  • Take appropriate steps to bring any open cases to resolution in a timely manner
  • Perform an ongoing assessment of customers' technical needs and problems as identified through case reports and input from customers
  • Document and provide written solutions to recurring problems, including revising training tools and documents where necessary
  • Interact with other members of the IT team to ensure incidents are closed out and impact is communicated per the process in place
  • Manage support request intake process for all enterprise applications

Required Education, Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a technology team and supporting applications
  • Superb functional and technical Support skills
  • Broad experience with commercial off the shelf software
  • Exceptional analysis and problem solving skills
  • Experience with Shopify and HubSpot desired
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Proactive approach to support with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly assess issues while evaluating root cause analysis
  • Enthusiasm for continual learning
