Desktop Support Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is in search of IT Desktop Support Technicians in the Draper/Salt Lake City, UT area to assist on a 4-6 month Windows 10 PC refresh and hardware deployment project.Summary:The technicians will stage, configure, and deploy new PCs, following installation instructions and guidelines. They will also, provide some post deployment deskside support to end-users on site. This is a contract position starting on 08/01/21 and will take 4-6 months to complete. The hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch).REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of professional experience troubleshooting PCs in an enterprise environment or equivalent IT education or certifications CompTIA certifications are a big plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
