- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required. The required knowledge and skills for the role are:
- 8-10 years of industry and/or consulting experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors with certification in at least one module preferably Performance Management, Compensation Management, and Succession & Development.
- Experience with SAP Activate implementation methodology
- S/4HANA experience is a plus.
- Aptitude for consulting:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen, respond and build trust
- Ability to implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines.
- Ability and desire to work with people as part of a high-performance team
