• In the healthcare insurance industry, you will be responsible for deployment of architectural aspects including hardware, software, security, messaging, work flow, interoperability, flexibility, reliability, scalability and architectural structure and capability within the organization as architected in conjunction with the Enterprise Architect(s).
• Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the solution architecture.Deploy architecture best practices to the organization.
• Work with application teams and other technology project teams and help develop and deploy architectural design and identification of enterprise implications of the designs.
• Define and roll out architectural principles, patterns, guidelines and standards; communicate basic components.
• Help identify impacts and work to resolve conflicts with application teams, business units and other architects.
• Work to bridge the gap from current state of the architecture to the future state as defined by architecture.
• Identify and analyze the technical requirements of both internal and external clients.

• "Sell" the architecture process, its outcome and ongoing results.

• Design integrated solution architecture across application areas while the project adheres to Enterprise standards.
• Identify and
  discuss solution implications with Business and Application Architects; Communicate concerns/risk

• Managing communications and solution awareness with Infrastructure and Application development team

• Creating road map for future state architect with released based tactical solutions

• Five to seven years of experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.

• Strong understanding of SOA, object-oriented analysis and design, and/or client/server systems.
• Understanding of the enterprise's political climate and how to navigate the political waters.

• Ability to estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives.
• Proven experience to quickly adopt and learn new architectures, technologies, and design patterns.
