AEM Developer Frontend

Title: AEM Developer Frontend Visa: Open Start Date: 2-3 weeks from Offer (Looking to move interview process fast) Location: Raleigh, NC (willing to relocate) will consider fully remote candidate on east coast as LAST resort. Would have to be a Rockstar Length: 12 months approved, ability to extend to 18 months before a 30 day cool off. FTE is not guaranteed, but possible after 6 months. (don't want to see top talent walk out the door) Front End AEM Developer Requirements- 1 Opening - Job Summary: Developer for AEM CMS Team with Emphasis on front-end development and SPA Frameworks (React.JS Preferred) - HTML, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks - UX / Presentation development within AEM - Experience integrating front end in AEM itself - Preferred- Full Stack capabilities (Java, component development, Test Automation (Java/ Selenium), DevOps Skills - Jenkins, AEM Platform administration / configuration. Project State - Firstcitizens.com launched their website redesign from a home grown website to utltizing AEM as their CMS on August 25th 2020. The project started in early 2019. October 2020, FCB announced a merger with CIT Group, growing from 50 Billion to over 100 Billon dollars in assets. Day to Day they are still building new enhancements, pages, and feature but also maintaining ProfileManger (written in React JS) Why Open - Ongoing enhancements / refinement for their public website, also integrating CIT Group into the site - Internal Site Moving their internal wiki "iris" to AEM. Project will start from scratch in 2021. Additional applications like building an employee locator in AEM. Agile Environment - Recently moved to Scrum (previously kanban) Releases are typically every 2-3 weeks. - Goal- continue to mature in agile journey (maybe scrum) Team Size - 3 Analyst (who also test), 5 developers (fully staffed including this roles)
