Position Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various software platforms to enhance, organize, and produce HR Analytics for senior management on all HR-related data.
  • Leverage the software platforms, including Excel and MS Teams for accurate data management and efficient and timely report output.
  • Work with functional management to facilitate the administrative processing, justification and approval communication of all staff movements and changes.
  • Provide system audits to guarantee data integrity.
  • Analyze the company organization structure and produce data analytics for management usage in planning.
  • Provide Payroll with necessary support and information.

Requirements:
  • Solid experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Work independently and in a team setting to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to produce Excel pivot tables and v-lookups.

NICE TO HAVE:
  • ADP Workforce Now system experience is a strong plus
  • Payroll and benefits experience a plus
  • Knowledge in MS Power BI is a plus
