Position: Project Manager Location: Remote (Onsite after Covid) / Tallahassee, FLDuration: 18+ months contractExperience required: 10+ Years QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTOR’S CANDIDATE Minimum Qualifications:1) Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with Department staff;2) Project Management Professional certification;3) A minimum of ten (10) years of IT business/industry work experience;4) A minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience;5) A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects in accordance with current PMI’s standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide);6) A minimum of three (3) years developing program or project strategy, business cases and enterprise-wide project plans;7) A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing highly complex enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects Preferred Experience:1) Experience communicating with IT leadership and business leadership;2) Experience working with a PMO;3) Experience facilitating requirements gathering and Joint Application Design sessions;4) Experience with Agile Methodologies;5) Experience with State Purchasing rules, processes, and documentation;6) Experience collaborating with Information Technology purchasing processes and practices;7) Experience managing documentation in MS SharePoint;8) Experience managing projects for a state projects; and9) Experience creating a Solution Definition Framework or ISDM.
