In search of an IT Service Desk Representative to work within a growing organization with a strong client focus and positive atmosphere. Will be responsible for responding to escalated technical inquiries from internal and external clients regarding online access and navigation of website, systems and accounts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ability to troubleshoot and gather information through effective probing and listening skills to provide viable solutions and/or alternatives in resolving escalated issues.
  • Remain current on new technologies using available tools and resources to troubleshoot and interpret data to solve client needs.
  • Supply prompt and accurate responses and escalation resolution, while actively navigating internal departments to ensure seamless resolution for all client issues.
  • Ensure client requests are completed within required time frames that align to client satisfaction goals.
  • Recognize challenging conversations and demonstrate positive language to resolve client needs.

Experience:
  • Minimum of one year prior client service experience required.
  • Flexibility of schedules- Wed through Sunday from 9-5/10-6pm.
  • Ability to work independently responsible for taking calls and acting as a first line of defense.
  • Experience and knowledge of PC/Mac computing environments including operating systems, peripherals, & navigating through software.
  • Responsible for password resets to basic application support, PC diagnostics, imaging, deployments, setups, and network terminations.
  • Versed in Scientific Games (Bally) CMP, SDS, TableView, etc. experience nice to have but not required
  • LMS and Aloha experience nice to have but not required.
  • Basic networking knowledge and experience.
  • Basic Active Directory knowledge.
  • Basic server knowledge.
  • Proven experience utilizing strong troubleshooting techniques, ideally in a Call Center environment.
  • Passion for service, positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong client focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including proven listening skills and the ability to communicate in a clear, well organized manner over the phone.
  • Adept at anticipating and adapting to changing job needs with exceptional results.
