IT Project Manager (Remote)

A Massachusetts-based services organization is currently seeking a new IT Project Manager for a promising Remote opportunity with their growing staff. In this role, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing IT projects that across multiple teams and technologies.

• Manage cross functional IT and business team efforts collimating in project delivery success
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure business success by understanding business goals and maintaining delivery commitments
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Develop and maintain delivery plans to ensure alignment and communicate progress
• Maintain clear communication with senior leadership and other team members
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Leverage industry best practices contributing to delivery process improvements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in the Information Technology sector
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience managing IT projects and schedules within a software development lifecycle
• Experience "Change-Agent" able to design and promote adoption of contemporary IT best practices
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Jira Plans, Confluence, and Agile methodology
• Microsoft Office/Suite proficient
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or a related field
• Knowledge of the Insurance industry
