We're looking for a Junior Business Analyst/Project Coordinator with a strong background in project coordination or a closely related role. This is an excellent opportunity to support a high profile client on an exciting project!Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities of the Junior Business Analyst/Project Coordinator:- Support planning, coordination, and scheduling of program and activities
- Support business analysis functions for the program
- Manage communications related to ongoing projects
- Schedule and organize meetings and maintain agendas and meeting minutes
- Prepare project and meeting materials, including presentations and factsheets
- Create reports in line with established records management requirements
- Track action items; coordinate equipment needs, acquisition, and tracking issuance on the program
- Prepare and maintain program standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support project team member onboarding and offboarding
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
- At least 3 years of related experience as a project coordinator or relevant position
- Experience in project management coordination, facilitating and managing processes
- Experience managing timelines and deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Property management experience
- Agile methodology experience
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
