Job Description:Processes Active Directory network/system access and security requests for workforce members, providers, and external partners via the vFire ticketing system in a manner that is in accordance with agency, State, and Federal compliance requirements as well as industry best practices;- Actively works to measure Active Directory health and requests remediation of issues through the submission of vFire tickets to the Indiana Office of Technology when appropriate;
- Processes request for removable media (USB) access in accordance with the client policies;
- Reviews/re-evaluates the removable media (USB) access of client workforce members on a quarterly basis;
- Regularly reviews restricted website access granted through Active Directory security groups (i.e., social media access, web storage, etc.);
- Executes malware incident response/management procedures when the agency is alerted of such events by the Indiana Office of Technology (IOT);
- Shares Agency Telecom Coordinator responsibilities, which includes ordering, maintaining and low-level support of mobile devices and service, VOIP phones, and accessories as well as monitoring and remediating the security posture of mobile devices;
- Acts as an agency Firewall Coordinator vetting and process request to modify firewall rules;
- Responds to and provides direction on varied requests submitted to the Client Account Control via email, phone as well as in-person;
