Senior Business Analyst

A services company in Connecticut is currently seeking a new Business Analyst for a promising Senior-level position with their growing staff. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating information technology systems operations.

• Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems
• Serve as primary point of contact between users and the Engineering/Development staff
• Identify, document, report, and track system issues
• Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Computer savvy
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient
• Solid analytical and research skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
