Business Implementation Analyst, Jira Align, Investments

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Business Implementation Analyst to support our large financial client's JIRA Align implementation. You must be customer-focused and collaborative with excellent communication skills.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. • Identify and define solutions to business problems through creation and documentation of business and process specifications
• Collaborate closely with business partners and development teams on plans, requirements, testing, and implementation of solutions

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience in large technology product implementations
• Customer-driven and proven dedication to delivering frequent, high business value features
• Solid focus on execution and removing impediments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven excellent consultative, listening, and communication abilities
• Strong hands-on JIRA experience required, and preferred JIRA Align experience
• Ability to work across multiple teams
• Agile experience required
