Apex Systems is currently seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst for an enterprise level client of ours located in Orlando, FL. This exciting opportunity is supporting a major parks and entertainment company. Automation experience is not required, but must have good knowledge of both systems and application infrastructure.

  • This is a 3-6 month contract to hire (with full intentions of bringing on full time at end of contract).
  • We are open to candidates at the Mid or Sr Level
  • Candidates must be able to work on our W2 without sponsorship.
If interested in learning more about this role, please send an updated resume to Sarah Schieffer at Position Details Location: Orlando or Remote Project Details: This is a hybrid role that fuses engineering and business analysis skills. Candidates must have knowledge of IT systems and networks, and will be working cross functionally across infrastructure and applications teams. This role is 40% hands on code/scripting, 40% reporting/requirements gathering, 10% testing. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor technologies to evaluate systems (is it patched properly, troubleshoot automatically, test automatically, goal is to fix it automatically)
  • Perform System Analysis and elicit the requirements by documenting and engaging various highly technical and non-technical partners.
  • Build out existing systems, applications and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
  • All aspects of application development and support: From the design to the implementation of migrations, upgrades, patching and supporting the deployment of both transactional and analytical systems.
  • Be able to gel in a complex systems interdependency enterprise environment.
  • Provide support to IT projects throughout entire life cycle and planned timeline.
  • Develop Machine Learning Solutions and prior experience is highly desirable.
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in SDLC environment (understanding of computer programming and software development)
  • Strong proficiency with at least one major microsoft or open source programming language (C#, Javascript, Typescript, VB.NET or Visual Basic, python, SQL, C)
  • Knowledge and monitoring of IT Systems - Ability to troubleshoot and perform complex system tests
  • Exposure to ServiceNow ticketing and reporting in an enterprise environment
  • Detail Oriented (requirements gathering, reports, presentation)
  • System Analysis is required - requirements elicitation, documentation, working with cross functional teams, exposure to enterprise IT systems complexity ( Technical bsa)
Desired Qualifications:
  • Any process automation, RPA BOTs, Orchestration, or Workflow Automation experience
  • Exposure with Machine Learning and/or cloud tools and technologies
  • Experience creating automated scripts and develop automation software
  • Familiarity with Network concepts
  • Active Directory, O365 architecture
