Apex Systems is looking for a Data Destruction Governance Consultant to work for a Big4 Accounting firm within their Financial Services Advisory group. This will be partially onsite in New York City working with a large financial services client. Please see the details below: Job Description:
- Develop meeting agendas, collect content, and draft materials used in senior stakeholder meetings, prepare draft meeting minutes to capture the discussion, and identify / track / facilitate follow-up actions
- Record and track approval requests submitted to and approvals provided by the governance committee
- Assist in drafting approvals for the governance committee
- Update Jira user stories regarding the infrastructure policies and procedures integration for recently acquired entities
