Senior Software Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Developer to join our Product & Development Team. If you're looking to make an impact alongside a collaborative team that's transforming multifamily resident and customer feedback, reputation stewardship, and review management, check us out!
  • 3+ years of experience in full stack software development.
  • You have an expert-level technical foundation and experience building user interfaces for complex applications.
  • You have an expert-level understanding of one or more modern web technologies (Vue Preferred) including advanced topics like state management and routing.
  • You have an expert-level understanding of the details under the hood including, HTML, CSS, and Javascript (ES6/ES7+)
  • You have an expert-level understanding of back-end technology implementations, such as Express, NodeJS, as well as database technologies, such as MongoDB.
  • You have an expert-level understanding of the industry best practices on shipping high performance, clean, and maintainable large scale production systems.
  • You have extensive experience designing great APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, OpenAPI).
  • Extensive experience with Typescript, Webpack, Jest (testing), E2E testing (TestCafe, Cypress, Selenium), etc.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to effectively collaborate cross functionally with designers, product managers, other developers, and users/stakeholders.
  • You have a keen product sense and know when a feature works and when it can be improved.
  • You have a track record of mentoring junior developers.

  • Our tech stack is Vue, Node.js and MongoDB
  • We use Javascript for everything
  • VueX for our browser storage, MongoDB for the production databases
