In this role, you will work alongside our Employee Relations team who support our people and leaders in all aspects of their employment experience, including putting people first in decision making, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all, and helping to connect our people to resources. Your role:

  • Assist with reports for evaluating trends and patterns in key employee changes, coaching plans, and exit interviews
  • Assist with internal auditing efforts
  • Assist with creating internal content on different topics related to employee relations
  • Archiving, scanning and filing of personnel files
  • Assist with compliance processes including I9s, employee documentation, handbook acknowledgments and new hire onboarding
What You'll Take Away
  • Understand how to pull and compile information for accurate compliance reporting, along with identifying employment trends
  • Understand appropriate processes to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Experience with creating and implementing best practices related to all employee relations functions
  • Basic understanding of state and federal laws and how they impact employment
Your qualifications:
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet development and reporting. Experience with SmartSheet is a plus!
  • Exhibit excellent and timely follow-up on commitments and projects
  • Have flexibility and ability to switch tasks quickly when necessary
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office
Education Requirements:
  • Recent graduate looking for professional experience or should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, or specifically in Human Resources Management
