Senior Director Product Management

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Director Product Management to join a leading Biotech company and act as a leading figure for their upcoming digital transformation programme. You will be responsible for leading a team of product managers, collaborating with leadership to define the product vision and strategy, managing the product roadmaps, go to market strategy, and helping lead execution with the technical teams to bring digital products to life.

• Act as a visionary leader who brings a holistic approach to product design and inspire the product team to create driving standards for high quality product design,
• Drive adoption of digital product portfolio
• Act as a conduit between ideation, journey mapping, strategic planning, and phasing of digital objectives and the IT organizations that will deploy solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Experience Design, Operations, and other cross functional teams to define product capabilities and features and coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and development teams.
• Effectively manage execution and timelines for responsible product areas
• Act as a SME to educate and inform internal and external stakeholders on the product strategy
• Work with support functions to ensure adequate people, process, and technology is in place to ensure product and user success

• Strong leadership acumen, ability to build and grow team members and their skill sets
• Relevant and progressive product management experience
• Healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or health & wellness industry experience desired
• Demonstrated track record of project planning, execution, and tracking
• Extensive experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies required
• Experience managing external vendors and partners
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and privacy best practices
