The Employee Experience Team strengthens and enriches CHG's culture by creating experiences and programs that support our company purpose, promote our core values and engage our people.Your role:
- Collaborates within the Employee Experience team members on tasks and projects
- Collaborates with other CHG teams in the Culture division
- Implements logistics, administration and day-to-day functioning of focus groups, roundtables and other feedback sessions
- Works with data from our Employee Experience surveys, uses data to complement program work
- Works with Employee Experience team to assist in developing engagement activities and tools with CHG employees and leaders
- Assist Employee Experience team with administrative duties such as: reporting, project tracking, program maintenance, etc.
- Other duties as assigned within the realm of Employee Experience
- Excellent communications skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in written, one-on-one, and group settings
- Must be an effective listener
- Some data analysis and Excel skills
- Effective project management skills
- Prioritization, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in Smart Sheet and/or can learn technology quickly
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personnel information
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to proactively complete assignments
- Maintains flexibility in job roles and responsibilities, tasks can change based on EES and other employee feedback
- Employee relations, culture experience and/or employee engagement experience required
