We're looking for a highly motivated Product Owner to guide and support end-to-end product delivery.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.Salary: $155K + bonstock

Responsibilities of the Senior Web Product Owner:
  • Understand competition, KPIs, trends, and technology
  • Provide subject matter expertise in discovery sessions
  • Translate complex concepts into actionable items
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and remove impediments
  • Support the Scrum team as the escalation point and help resolve blockers
  • Continuous monitoring of product feature performance

Requirements of the Senior Web Product Owner:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • At least 3 years of D2C digital product management and ownership experience
  • Extensive experience with Rally, Jira, Confluence or similar product management tools
  • Progressive work experience including in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to partner across the organization and with vendors through development process
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written and the ability to lead through influence
